RETURN POLICY

You can request a return within 14 days from delivery of the goods. The items returned must be in their original, mint condition. Please do not remove tags and do not tarnish the items. We advise you to try your shoes first inside on a clean surface.

To be accepted, returns should comply with the following specifications:

-The items need to be returned within 14 days following delivery of the order

-The items must be returned complete, in mint condition, non-used, with all their accessories (laces, pouch) and in their original condition. Please do not stick anything on the original packing. Products must never have been worn outside.

-It is important to follow the return procedure which the first step is to fill the return application in the customer account.

-The items are under your responsibility until they reach our stock, please ensure they are correctly packed in order to not being damaged on the way! Keep the proof of submission date stamped by the post-office or the signed by the reseller. You may revoke the order of an item within 14 days, without giving any reason. Your items must be returned in their original packing and in mint condition. To  exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify it through our return form your withdrawal decision in an unambiguous declaration. To respect the withdrawal right delay, you just have to forward us your communication regarding the use of the withdrawal right before the expiry of the withdrawal delay.

 

HOW TO PROCEED FOR RETURN



The return of one or some items in this delay must follow the procedure detailed hereunder:

Step 1: Go to My account

Click on My account and lo in thanks to your customer name and password. Fill in the return form in the “return” section.

Step 2: Receive the instructions and prepare your packing.

We will contact you in 48-72h by email to give you your return number and the instructions to send us back the item. If you don’t get an email, please check your junk inbox or visit the “messages” section in your customer account.

Step 3: Send the item back

Send the item at the address indicated among the return instructions. Your items must be returned in their original packing and in mint condition. Please do not stick anything on the original packing.

Step 4:  : Reimbursement

A confirmation email will be sent once your package will be arrived at our warehouse. A confirmation email may also be sent once the reimbursement done. You will be reimbursed within 15 working days maximum. Note: for reimbursement by credit card, interbank delays may shift the balance of your credit on your bank account from a few days. Simply return the unwanted item and order the one suiting you, in a different size for example. We will reimburse you the item returned once having received and validated its return (a notification email will be sent to you).

RETURN FEES

Return fees are totally taken care of by us for the following causes: defective items, or packing mistake.

If you decide to return us the article because you haven’t picked the right size or simply changed your mind, return fees will be yours. Please keep the proof of submission date stamped by the post-office or signed by the reseller.
