RETURN POLICY

National Standard accepts returns for your online purchases for any product that is returned to us in optimal salable condition, clean and showing no signs of use. A return can be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Please note, however, that we refuse returns for the following products:

- Dirty products; visible stains; damaged.
- Products whose outsoles show traces of outdoor use.
- Orders not including all the original elements; Original laces; Extra laces and the travel bag.

National Standard does not provide labels for product returns.

Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.

Exception: National Standard will be responsible for all returns concerning defective products or products presenting a preparation error.

HOW TO PROCEED FOR RETURN

The return of the item(s) within this period must follow the procedure detailed below:

Step 1: Go to My account

Click on My account and log in using your customer credentials. Complete the returns form available in the “returns” section.

Step 2: Receive instructions and prepare your packing.

We will contact you within 48-72 hours by email to provide you with your returns number and instructions for returning the item to us. If you do not receive emails, please check your spam box or visit the "message" section in your customer account.

Step 3: Return the item

Return the item to the address listed in the returns. Instructions. Your items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please do not attach labels to the original packaging..

REFUNDS

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has arrived at our warehouse.

Following this, you will be refunded the amount including the returned item(s). All refunds are made to the same payment method used at the time of ordering. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY, ARTICLES L. 217-4 ET SEQUEL OF THE CONSUMER CODE AND GUARANTEE FOR HIDDEN DEFECTS, ARTICLES 1641 ET SEQUEL OF THE CIVIL CODE

All Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code:

Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code
The property complies with the contract:
1º If it is suitable for the use usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if it presents the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect having regard to the public declarations made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2º Or if it presents the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.

Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed two years from the delivery of the goods.

Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would not would have given a lower price for them, if he had known them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
Action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
